Sanitary and epidemiological control rules

As Russia gradually resumes regular flights and continues organizing special repatriation flights, all persons entering by air transport are reminded to comply with the sanitary and epidemiological control rules when entering the territory of the Russian Federation.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons, when boarding an aircraft traveling to the territory of the Russian Federation (both regular and special repatriation flights), including those in transit, and when crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation, must ensure that they have a medical document confirming the negative result of a laboratory PCR swab test for COVID-19, done no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in Russia.

The document must be in Russian or English. If the document is issued in another language, a Russian translation certified by a consular official of the Russian Federation is required.

Before arriving in Russia, a passenger must also fill out a special arrival form.

For persons arriving for the purpose of carrying out labor activities, the requirement to serve a 14-day self-isolation remains.

If any respiratory symptoms appear after arrival, you should immediately seek medical help at home without visiting medical organizations.

Important notice: Entry is allowed only for certain categories of foreign nationals according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation №635-p.
